I have a Child Development Associates Certificate (CDA) In Early Childhood Education from The University of Valley Forge.  I have served as a Preschool teacher and as a lead teacher in Preschool Explorers and Junior Kindergarten. I was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. I am a wife and mother of three adult children, and we have a dog named Calvin, a Mitsu (Maltese and shih tzu). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, volunteering, traveling, and going to the beach. Working with children has always been my passion since I was young. My favorite part of my day is greeting teachers and students every morning. I love visiting each of the classrooms and receiving hugs from the children. Watching them develop and grow from the beginning to the end of the school year is so rewarding. Teamwork motivates and inspires me to meet the needs of the families at my school.
