About Me
My name is Asheli N. Jones, and I would like to introduce myself as your center director. I attended Bryant & Stratton College, studying General Management. I have over five years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. Before coming to the Huguenot location, I was the assistant Director at Skipwith Academy Rutland for one year. I am originally from Richmond, Virginia, and grew up in Charles County. I have a four-year-old son that his father, Daryl Jones, and I, raise together.
This fall 9/30/2023 I will marry the love of my life, here locally in Virginia. In my free time, I like to relax, watch Netflix, and explore Richmond.
I chose to work with children, as I have always had a passion for kids. My favorite part of the day is going into the classroom and spending time with them. I am motivated by giving back and helping shape and mold these little ones because they are our future.
Thank you for choosing Skipwith Academy at Huguenot, and I’m always open to ideas to make this school better. Let’s have a great school year !!
